Byblos - Le petit café

Welcome to a taste of the Middle East in the middle of the Plateau. Byblos is a charming cafe that I have had on my list for quite some time. It offers authentic Persian inspired fare anytime of day, but are especially known for their brunches. I had just bought a pair of used skis from a friend and instead of just dropping off the money, we thought we may as well make a morning out of it!

Byblos' menu is ideal for sharing - we each got a different omelette (tomato & feta - not pictured) and various sweet breads with jams with coffee. We even got two free juices (melon & berries with spices) as the wait was particularly long that morning!

We made plans to see the Montreal exhibit at the CCA and to go spring skiing. Can't wait! x
