In honour of
Wales beating England in the
Six Nations Rugby championship yesterday, I am reminded of a recent trip to Ottawa where my dad, a proud Welshman, served us a
fry-up for breakfast.

While I am generally a #teamboth (philosophy inspired by Elizabeth Holmes of
So Many Thoughts) when it comes to an England vs Wales match, I couldn't help but feel this win came at a good time, so close to
St. David's Day.

Now to get some
daffodils and bake Welsh cakes in preparation for March 1st...
